Returns & Exchanges

Here at Onitemi we have a 28 day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and another 14 days return the product back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any items returned damaged, used or not in its original packaging will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you and shipping will have to be covered by you. 

To start a return, you can contact us at, quoting your order number and stating why you wish to return the item. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package, however you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Please note we cannot accept items that have been sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, gift boxes or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) or any item that cannot be used by another customer due to hygiene such as jewellery or swimwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once it has been received and let us know straight away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look into the issue for you and put things right. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.  If more than 15 working days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still have not received the funds, please contact us at
